Loop ~ 45 miles
Riders – Loyal , Scott, John , Spode Daddy
Loyal put out a call to ride Jack’s Creek on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, the conditions were forecasted to be
warm and moist.
It was long day for me. I got up at 4am to take #2 son to the airport , then met the crew at the Albertsons parking lot
at 9AM. There was a stiff breeze in Boise , but when we unloaded it was still and the ground was wet.
I had a few spills -
Went down in two inches of water when crossing Little Jack Creek , then fell down again when I stood up !
Somewhere I bent my front rotor which contributed to my spill in the creek .
High sided in rock garden when I went to dab .
Tried a “Robbie Maddison” hitting a mud puddle at ~ 50 mph ( sudden deceleration ).
Volcanic ash pit – geological evidence of sudden climate change
Chalk Hills
Loyal had just made the big climb
Above Little Jack Creek
Jacks creek Crossing
Single Track that hugs the rim of the canyon .
I lost most the mounting screws on the Voyager and had to improvise
