AFTERMATH OF DROWNING MY BIKE AT THE NEW MIDDLE FORK CROSSING.

I WAS IN LEAD, IT DIDN’T LOOK THAT DEEP OR CHALLENGING. THERE IS A BIG ROCK YOU CAN’T SEE. THE FRONT TIRE ROLLED OFF UP TO THE FENDER THEN THE REAR TIRE HUNG UP. I HIGH SIDED, COULD HEAR A BLOOP, BLOOP  , BLOOP  AS WATER FILLED MY BIKE.

A NEW BEAVER DAM HAS ALREADY RAISED THE WATER LEVEL. MURRAY PULLED IT OUT.

MURRAY AND DAVID JUMPED IN DISASSEMBLING MY BIKE. AFTER A BIT WE GOT IT RUNNING.

JUST AS WE WERE GETTING READY TO LEAVE THREE RIDERS CAME FROM THE OTHER DIRECTION. I TOLD THE LEAD RIDER ABOUT THE ROCK AND DROWNING MY BIKE. HE PROCEED THRU THE CROSSING AND DROPPED HIS BIKE ON THE ROCK !

FINALLY WE GOT ON OUR WAY AND PROCEEDED TO THE NF LIME CREEK.

~45 mins after getting the bike running, I hi-sided near the end of NF Lime Creek.

There was a rock behind the bush that shoved me right off the trail. Took me another 45 mins to get the bike on the trail. Took forever to get footing on the side hill and the right angle to lift the bike above my head. I had to jerk & lift to get the bike up right.

FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH DAVID AND MURRAY ( I THINK THEY WENT THRU ALL THEIR SMOKES ). ENTERTAINED  THEM WITH MY EPISODE.

AFTER A BRIEF REST FOR ME , WE RODE THE ROAD TO PRESIDENT AND HEADED BACK DOWN TO THE MIDDLE FORK.

MY CHASE CREW  , WHO WAS IN FRONT MOST OF THE RIDE.

AFTER LUNCH WE TOOK THE MIDDLE FORK=> BREMNER => SOUTH FORK=> HOLE IN THE WALL

NO CONCUSSIONS OR EMERGENCY BOWEL MOVEMENTS ON THE TRAIL, SO IT WAS A GREAT RIDE !
